SO to DO Quantity Control

Hi SD Experts,

Lets say my sales order has material A with 1 quantity. During delivery why is it possible for me to change the quantity to more than 1 and be able to PGI? By right the system allow only 1 quantity to be posted right?

Is there somewhere that needs to config to control this?

hi,

Go T.code ovlp and there select B for Check over delivery. this will give error message if the quantity is more than order quantity

Hi,

T.code OVLP doesnt have such settings. Inside OVLP is actually "Deliveries: Item categories - Picking" Overview.

T code is (Zero VLP) 0vlp, Delivery Item Category Details.

Quantity tab, Check Over delivery

Hi,

Goto OVLP transaction and input B in the filed "Check overdelivery" under Quantity section.
