Hi

Iam trying to attach photo to applicant using Tcode OAAD

Business object: PAPL

Document type : HRICOLFOTO

getting error as 'No document type HRICOLFOTO exists with object type PAPL'

Hi Swati

I tell you what is happening.

Go to sm31 and then table V_T585O. Here you can se that with PAPL the entries are

PAPL HRIAPPLICA Written application

PAPL HRICERTAPL Qualifications of applicant

PAPL HRIDIPLAPL Training certificate for applicant

PAPL HRIREFEAPL Reference for applicant

PAPL HRIRESUAPL Applicant's resume

So you can see that there is no HRICOLFOTO.

You have to create a new entry. You copy

PREL HRICOLFOTO and just change from PREL to PAPL. Keep all the settings same as standard.

PREL is for employees. If you do the same for PAPL you have the same functionality for the aaplicants also.
