help me on creating maintenance strategy 400-600-1000 Hr

Hi everyone,

I'm creating maintenance packages for the performance-based maintenance strategy.

The cycle length is 400 - 600 - 1000 Hr.

I have yet to know how to create.

Do anyone can help me?

I know how to create maintenance strategy. I have easily created the maintenance strategy for the cycles of which the distances between the lengths are equal, for instance: 250-500-1000-2000 km or 300-600-900 hr....but in the case above, if the cycle lengths are 400 - 600 - 1000 Hr, i can not create the suitable maintenance strategy, and i can not create the package sequence: 400-600-1000-400-600-1000-....hr.

So, I would like to ask whether anyone have any experience or knowledge about the case like that, they could share with me.

Thanks for the screenshot, this is how system schedules. That's correct.

Do you want the system to schedule like 400 - 600 - 1000 - 400 - 600 - 1000 ? This is like Multiple Counter Plans with irregular cycles.

My case is not Multiple Counter Plan, it is the Single Counter plan or Strategy plan and I want the system to schedule like 400-600-1000-400-600-1000-...

Is there any way to create the maintenance strategy for those irregular cycles?

Hi,

I dont think irregular cycles can be achieved in Single Cycle or Strategy based Maintenance plans.

You can also wait for other experts, they might have a different idea on handling your case.
