F-92 - With Customer

ABAON - Asset Sale Without Customer

Hi,

Retirement with Revenue with Customer : Here the transaction comes like below.

If asset aquisatin value is-10000

Sale of asset value is -8000

then

Customer a/c DR 8000

Sale of fixed asset CR 8000

Asset a/c CR 10000

Acc.Dep a/c DR 500

Sale of fixed asset DR 8000

Loss on fixed asset DR 1500 (If it is gain then it goes to CR)

Retirement with Revenue without Customer :ABAON

Sale of fixed asset DR 8000

Loss on fixed asset DR 1500

Acc.Dep a/c DR 500

sale a/c CR 10000

Retirement with Revenue without Customer : Here you need not enter customer. System posts to GL accounts directly.(F-92 - With Customer)

Retirement with Revenue and customer: You need to enter Customer and have to maintain customer data. (ABAON - Asset Sale Without Customer)
