PO print preview problem using different printer device

Hi Experts,

Need help on PO print form, I created a smartforms to display PO then i am using print program SMB40_FM06P and copied to Z_SMB40_FM06P. now my problem is in Production client there are some PO that does not display total in last page, but other PO display the total.

I didnt put any validation in total window that will not cause not to display the total. we didint encounter any problem in dev in qas. only in production.

according to my functional team, maybe it cause in printer device because when we compare 2, printer device the one is ok the one is not displaying the total. is this possible?

No, it has nothing to do the printer device unless the alignment on the form is not proper.

If its printing the value that means the structure of the form is right.

You need to check the values of that POs and find the value of total.If its there then check is there any condition working on the calculations to print the total.

If thats also ok, then its plain data issue.
