Dear Experts,

I am getting error

Item WBS element XM-00008-1 b

udget almost exhausted

While i am doing budget release

1. I have created Internal activity and given 200 hours plan and 10days duration time

2. Created External service activity and planned 200000 Rs.

3. General Cost Activity and plan 100000 Rs.

In cj40 screen total planned value showed 200000 rs.

I created budget 500000 Budget

and My supplement budget 110000 Rs so total Current budget is 610000 Rs.

When i am going to release budget 350000 Rs. System throw above error.

Please help me come out this error

I can not see your error screenshot can you share once again what error through by system.

check budget profile if release check already marked tick? then system allow to release the budget.

Have you configured the Budget profile and maintained the tolerence.

Hi Venky,

There are lots of reason why this message is appearing. Check report S_ALR_87013558 whether the values you mentioned are appearing.

Try to reconstruct your CJEN and Check whether the issue is fixed.
