Alert inbox

Hello,

We have alert configuration done on XI and it is sending emails to external acounts (configured fixed receiptents). I am trying to access via RWB inbox and I do not see any alerts in the inbox. I have checked SAP note 913858 and searched SDN. I am not sure what is the problem. I appreciate your help.

    Hi

    Mostly Alerts dont go even though Alert inbox does have entry this is opposite 😊

    Check the test result for RSALRTTEST? and see if you used no restrictions in RWB for alerts.

      Amir,

      I have verified dates and looking for past seven days. I get the messgae saying "No log found in the Database".
