How to create a layout using RKF's with different version in each of them?

Hi, we are trying to create the below layout with 2 Years of Actual in first 2 columns and then a detailed plan for the current year. The layout would look like below

Actual 2016 || Actual 2017 || Plan 2018 .

1) While creating this layout, the version dimension automatically gets added as a Global filter with the option of selecting only a single version at a time (the multi selection option is disabled). This also does not support Restricted Key Figures (RKF's) with various versions tagged in them.

2) How to make the year selection in the column as dynamic, for example the user would select the current year and based on the selection the previous 2 years should automatically be selected for the RKF's built for Actuals ( Actual 2016 ad Actual 2017).
