whenever applicant enter his personal information in E recruitment web,

Is that information reflects in following database tables?

○ 0000 (Actions)

○ 0001 (Organizational Assignment)

○ 0002 (Personal Data)

○ 0006 (Addresses)

○ 0105 (Communication)

○ 1001 (Relationships) The relationship to the qualifications

Yes. The mentioned info types will be created when the candidate becomes employee only. As long as he is a candidate, his data is maintained in IT 51* only.

Hello,

E-Recruiting uses the HRP51** series infotypes, some T77RCF* tables and BUT000 for the business partner. e.g. HRP5102 for candidate details. The objects created when candidate registers are stored in the HRP1000 infotype with relationships in HRP1001.

E-Recruiting information does not use the infotypes you have mentioned above. Those are for employees. For further information regarding the E-Recruiting infotypes please open the link below:
