Requesting license for BO Ent XI R2

Hi!

I tried three times to request the license for BO Ent XI Release 2. Although I'm making sure each time to order BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, the system sends me the license for BusinessOBjects Enterprise XI 3.0. I even compared the solicitude with the email sent and the first one specifies the correct version while the second one is wrong.

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks a lot,

...and I believe the XI 3.0 license key is not working for a BO XI R2 system, correct?

Hi Sarang!

Yes, license for 3.0 doesn't work. However, they already sent me the right one and I could install it withouth problems.
