BI Accelerator Server Issue

Hi,

We are facing errors when checked in RSDDV(BI accelerator Index) it is giving error.

When checked in RSDDBIAMON, following errors are displayed:

SP test: Error in BI Accelerator (module TREX_EXT_GET_TREX_VERSION_INFO)

Error in the RFC communication: Error when opening an RFC connection (TREXBIA_NEW)

Server blrkecesbibw_BW7_01 does not have a functioning RFC connection to BI accelerator

Index checks returned at least one error as result

Please help me in solving this issue.
