How to force an Action before another one is perfomed

Hi SAP Gurus!

The scenario is the following: the user have to insert a "retirement" action for a person; if the person who is retiring has also a temporary attribution to another organizative unit, he must return to the original organizative unit with a "come back" action before being retired.

So if the user start a retirement action, we have to stop this action and automatically insert the "come back" action before this one.

Is this thing possible in any way?

I tried with dynamic actions, but in this way before trigger the "come back" action you have to save the "retirement" one.

Thank you, regards.

Stefano

user have to perform the action manually as personal actions actions are client specific

and here the status of the employee changes from inactive to active or vice versa

check table T529A set up personnel actions

Hi,

you can do this using dynamic action in backgroud mode, but have to give the begin and end dates to get delimit the records in IT0000.
