We are implementing WM and have a problem in the relation with SD.
We have a customer order, with its corresponding delivery, with two positions of the same material: one position with price and one gift position (according to the SAP standard), that adding them they complete a single pallet.
The wished behavior is that SAP, during generation of the transport order, accumulates both positions, looking for a complete pallet stored in our store.
Nevertheless, SAP treats the positions of the delivery separately and generates two positions in the transport order, looking for the materials separately.
