Data Error

Hi All,

When importing invoice for opening balance need using DTW, I've got error message:

"customer record not found[INV1.ActDelDate][Line:1]Application-defined or object-defined error..."

The SAP B1 version used is 2005A SP01 PL50.

Pls give advice. Thx

Dear John,

Please check the following 2 things :-

1. Please make sure that the Customer code that you have entered in the template is present

in the database. If not please add the customer code in the database then import the data.

2. Please make sure that you have correctly filled the data in the DTW template file as per the

information present in DI API help file. Also please do not remove any column in the template

if you do not want to enter any data in a particular column then please leave it as a blank column in

the template.

Hi John,

What date format is in your data? It should be yyyymmdd.

If you have right format but still get error, please post some of your sample data here.
