Databases not appearing

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP B1 9.2 PL4 and are facing the issue described below:

We are connected to our clients 's server and, when we open SAP B1 Client, the databases do not appear. Meanwhile, our clients can see the databases from their terminals.

Could you please advise us?
