annotating odata service on bw query

Dear,

I am new to SAP fiori development. My first goal is to create a simple

app to display the result of a BW query in a table in Fiori.

The odata service is generated and I am able to use it in Web Ide.

But how do I know which annotations I need to add to display the data

in a table or analytical table. I have done some reading but it is not clear

for me what exactly I need to add.

I would think that the best starting point is a service which already provides annotations and you can learn from them. I've created a Fiori Elements List Report sample project based on a Service provided by the ES5 Demo System. Hope that helps to get started.
