Set the designer ruler scale to 10ths of an inch?

Is there a way to set the designer ruler scale to 10ths of an inch?

I'm using CR 12.

Hi John,

There is no such way you can set the page in designer.

The min is 1" inch width,1" inch height.

Do you want the page size to be 1\10th of an inch.

Else Is there any specific page size you are looking for.
