The first one who open a report design studio every morning, get a display issue

Hello all,

I'm working on a Design Studio project and we are facing so many issues regarding the stability of the "display".

Indeed, the first one who open a specific report got an error with the display, all the next openings will be OK. (Every morning it's like that)

Secondly, sometimes, I open a report and I have a message "no prompt available", I just close it and relaunch it and it works fine ...

Have you guys ever faced these kind of issues ? Do you have any advice ?

Hello Ibra - which version/SP of Design Studio are you using? Are you deploying on the BI platform? If so which version/SP?

On the surface it appears to be a caching issue

We use SAP Business Objects Design Studio 16.6.2
Iframe 1.0.0.2
It's on SAP BI 7.40

Hello Ibra - it sounds like you are using BW as the platform; consider scheduling something to fill the cache, as Dwain suggests here in his blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/07/26/use-of-bw-cache-in-sap-design-studio/ - just a suggestion
