Fiori Lauchpad - Tile and groups are disappeared

Dear all,

I was able to see Tiles and groups properly in FLP. For one issue trouble shooting I had run “/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES” in SE38 in frontend server.

After running global cached suddenly disappeared all the tiles and groups in FLP and which was loading fine.

I had run below programs/tcodes in Frontend system STILL Tiles and groups are not appearing in FLP and also not giving any error in browser console/netwok F12.

“/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES”

/UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP

/UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE

/n/IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP

/n/IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP

Also I have cleared browser History but still not loading tiles and groups.

Please help me on this issue

Hi Carlin,

Is there any catalog shown in the output of transaction /n/UI2/FLC for the affected user (analyze for user) in the customization layer when checkbox "restrict to assigned roles" is marked?

Are the PFCG roles for Groups removed too ? Regenerate the roles, may be this helps.

Also provide if any error in the browser console/network tab. (F12 and refresh)

Goto SU01, go to personalization tab and delete ui2 personalization as shown in the attached image.

Please check the system alias assigned to OData services ZINTEROP, ZPAGE_BUILDER_PERS, ZPAGE_BUILDER_CUST, ZPAGE_BUILDER_CONF in transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICES. LOCAL system alias should be configured for these services (KBA 2491718).
