Hi Jayesh Patil,
Even though the object deleted from the transport request the object with the applied changes will be there in the database.
As Juan suggested you can include that in a new request.

Hi Jayesh,
If the object has been deleted from the request, then the only way to find out is by contacting the owner of the request.. if they remember what was the change done in the transport request.
If you remember what you deleted, or you get the information from your developer who created it, then you can add that object by double clicking on the Task of the transport request (if task is not there, then on the parent change request) and give the object details like R3TR object name etc. save it.

Debasis.

Why would you wet my reply?...
If the data has been deleted... well... is... GONE.
Create a new transport/ or add the objects back to the request
