SQL summary error in ST12 trace

Hi Team,

We tried to collect trace using ST12 in PRD system for a particular background job.

ABAP trace is showing fine.

However, SQL summary is showing the message "No SQL statement sum found in analysis."

and statistical records showing the message "No statistical records found in the chosen analysis."

We followed the SAP Note, 2436955 - Step by step instructions on how to use ST12 trace for analysis

Please let me know if there is any thing to do to fix this issue.
