cancel a customer

Hi,

i wonder which is the standard procedure when a customer no longer exists and that customer it has been alocated to a sales group?

How to move that customer from that sales group? How to proceed in this case?

You can block that particular customer via XD05 or VD05.

It is not possible to cancel a customer, but the customer can be blocked. SAP has a functionality such that Customer can be blocked for all Sales area the customer belongs to or selected Sales area customer can be blocked and open in others. T.Code: XD05 / VD05

Hello,

You may go to the change mode of the Customer

XD02/VD02 -

---

> Sales Area data ---> Sales tab. You can see the sales group filed, remove the entry and save.

Now you may block the customer using XD05.
