BOM question

Hello, We used to make Finished Goods product with one SKU. Currently , we will be making the same product in 4 different SKU`s ,for different customers.Exactly the same BOM.Because forecast from each of the cutsomers is not very stable , I would like to suggest to implement new common part with BOM as the SKU` and all for SKU`s BOM will change to new BOM with common part only (ratio 1:1). Please let me know if my logic is correct or maybe suggest something different.Thank you very much.Cezar

Your question is not exactly clear for me. If I understood correctly, you have one product and you have created for different SKUs, one for each customer and now you wand to change it to a single product, am I right? What is the issue with this new proposal?
