Smartform for purchase order.

Hi everybody!:

I need to develop a form for purchase orders and I want to do it using smarforms.

I have read in a post that smarforms for POs need to be uploaded to the system because they are and add-on to it. I have told my basic collegues to do it, but I think the won't do it.

So my question is, could anyone provide me program's /SMB40/FM06P code and also the download of smartform /SMB40/MMPO_L?.

My SAP version is ECC 6.0.

I'll be really grateful for your help.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Juan Carlos.

Hi Lancha,

Can you develop the PO according to the client's layout design, are you restricted with the standard PO smartform in that case why are you not using the standard inbulit PO. Just want to know for knowledge purpose.

Cheers!!

Balu,he is on ECC 6.0 and in these servers, SMB40 package is not available by default, because of which he does not have the standard PO smartform.

Hi

PO's smartform code is huge. It will be against the rules to provide such huge code.. The option is to download it from service.sap.com if u have access.

Or

If familiar with Smartforms, convert existing Script to Smartform from SMARTFORMS tcode... In Menu>Utilities>Migration-->Import Script.

And then u have to create a new driver program and also should make changes to the smartform..as you will get just the layout and not the code.

Hi Vishwa:

Thanks a lot for your help.

I've tried to download it from the service marketplace, but I wasn't able to find a place for the download, do you if there is the possibility to do it and where?.

If not, I will consider migrating the sapscript, but I'm really trying to avoid doing it.

Hi

Check this:

Procedure to download the pre-configured Smart Forms is explained in the SAP Note 595812

Detailed information regarding the Pre-configured Smart Forms is available at:

http://service.sap.com/preconfiguredforms OR

http://service.sap.com/smb/development/preconfiguredforms.

To download pre-configured Smart Forms package:

Go to http://service.sap.com/installations, select tab "download".

On the right hand side screen, locate navigation tree node

SAP Software Distribution Center->Download->Installations and Upgrades->Entry by Application Group.

In the main window (right hand side), follow the path SAP Best Practices->Best Practices for mySAP All-in-One-> PRECONFIGURED SMART FORMS. Different versions of pre-configured Smart Forms are available here for download.

Hello again:

I have done all the stuff you say, but at last the problem is the downloaded file must be implement in the system using SAINT transaction and I don't have permission to do it. It is basic people stuff, but as I told you ata the beginning of my message, I don't trust they will do it.

That is why I asked you for the code, but I undersand it needs a lot of space...

Thanks again.

Hi

I am sorry... I am not allowed to post the code in SCN. You can try to migrate the script.

Hi

After you migrate the script to smartform...you have to create a new driver program as well.....
