Hi SAP Guru's,
I have setup a budget for a specific GL account using the Budget window in SAP B1 with assigned cost center but unfortunately it is not reflecting in the Budget Balance column in Purchase Request window but instead the Local Debit value is reflected. By the way,we are using a monthly budget but I've also tried using annual budget but got the same result.

Thank you for that info Abdul but where can I check if that allocated budget per cost center is being deducted every time we performed Purchase Request or Purchase Order? Thank you so much. Have a nice day. 🙂

I believe Budget field on PR is for Information i.e how much budget is allocated for certain PR.
