Can you be a more specific what you mean with 'ticket checking tool'.

Do you mean the Service Desk functionality?

Hi Roel,

We ar trying to enable the Incident Management Work Center in portal but we are facing an issue that is "you are not assigned with Ibase entries" message.Please tell the process which needs to be done from SOLMAN side .
