Need help in PI - Upgrade from 7.3 Ehp1 to 7.5 Sp10

Hi

We have upgarde our PI dual stock environment from 7.3 EHP to 7.5 Sp10, Below is the steps we followed in UPgrade

1.PI UPgarde from 7.3 to 7.5 using SUM

2. Dual Stock Split using SWPM

3. Running PI EHP upgrade wizard (we facing the Issue while executing configuration wizard and it is generating RFC_TMP_1 With java instance number for ABAP connection which is giving error )

is the above sequence correct ? Or do we have to run the PI ehp upgrade configuraiton wizard before dual Stock Split
