Complaints

Hi,

My requirement is:

My client sells the goods.

now if there is any complaints then the complaint copy sent by the customer needs to be

scaned and attached to the order and complaints need to be processed wthin a specified time limit say 15 days.

After that the complaint is closed

CLient is not using the CS module

I think here DMS needs to be done but i donno abt what settings needs to be done.

Any inputs????
