Hi,

My requirement is:

My client sells the goods.

now if there is any complaints then the complaint copy sent by the customer needs to be

scaned and attached to the order and complaints need to be processed wthin a specified time limit say 15 days.

After that the complaint is closed

CLient is not using the CS module

I think here DMS needs to be done but i donno abt what settings needs to be done.

Any inputs????

do you just want to store the scanned doc somewhere or do you want that the system should also take care of the 15 days limit function?

if you just want to store the scanned doc, then assign Parameter SD_SWU_ACTIVE in your user profile with a value 'X' and then you can upload any docs in a sales order/delivery using the small Object that now appears on the Top-left of your sales order screen.

i need to control the period of the complaints as well.

any suggestions on this.
