Some items of user status profile SLFN0001 are disabled

Good day,

I'm tried to add new items to user status scheme in tcode CRMBS02 for Service Desk message.

I can to see my added items in menu UserStatus in tcode DSWP, but I can't to select them , because they are disabled (same of them).

Could you be so kind to tell me how can I fix this and be able to select these items? Thanks a lot!
