Dear all.
I execute following steps in sap:
1-In tcode cj20n,create a project E-000009 and wbs E-000009.2.
2-Under wbs E-000009.2,create a network 4000015.
3-Under network 4000015,create an Ext. Activity 0010 with parameter like below:
Cost Element : 40000003
Res./Purc. req. : Immediately
Price : 200.00 CNY
Activity qty : 1.0 HR
4-Under Ext. Activity 0010,create an new Activity Element with parameter like below:
Material:600000-000000-0009
Procuremt Type:Preliminary requisition for WBS element
5-When I save the project in cj20n,the new Activity Element create a new Purch.req. with number 10000028.
6-Then I go to the tcode S_ALR_87013542, run the report "Actual/Comm/Total/Plan in COAr crcy".The report show the data of Ext. Activity about Cost Element 40000003 like below:
Commitments = 200
Actual = 0
7-In tcode me21n,use the Purch.req. 10000028 to create a new Purchase Order 4500000011.
8-In tcode MIGO,execute the GR for the Purchase Order 4500000011 and post.And the sap show a message "Material document 5000000013 posted ".
9-Now I go to the tcode S_ALR_87013542 and run the report "Actual/Comm/Total/Plan in COAr crcy" again.The report show the data of Cost Element 40000003 like below:
Commitments = 200
Actual = 0
You can see that the value of Commitments and Actual was not changed.But actually the commitment value ought to be reduced and the actual costs for Ext. Activity ought to be increased.
So my question was why the commitment have not been reduced and the actual costs have not been increased after execute the GR for the Purchase Order?
Thank you.
Regards
Yoda
Check whether in PO you haved checked field GR Non-Valuated in Delivery TAB.
If you have checked it then actuals will take place when you are doing MIRO.
Remove the tick mark.if you want Actuals at the time of GR
