Enterprise Search Does not fetch expected result

Hi All,

When searching for Customers or Vendors in Enterprise Search the result is not as expected . The old records are fetched as expected but the new records (meaning recent changes were done on these records) are not getting fetched .

When i check the cockpit we running on real time indexing.

What other factor needs to be considered.
