Hello,
I just configured service desk in solution manager. Afterwards, a message was created and put to my colleague's inbox. Now how will my colleague see the messages assigned to him? (which transaction).
From the solman security guide, we got the role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS assigned to my colleague. Also from this role, we saw that transaction S_SMC_47000002 and S_SMC_47000004 have been assigned.
But eventhough we check the above tcodes, no message is assigned. Please let me know the tcode to see the tester worklist.
