Hi,
One of my equipment breakdown same user book a call throw IW21 Tcode, but this equipment call is not close and user again book breakdown call of same equipment. Please suggest how i can stop duplicate call.

Kindly get in touch with your SAP PM Functional Team or the Technical Team. This cannot be done through configuration, you need to do customer enhancement.
