SPNego with JDK 1.4.2_15?

Hi,

I am implemeting SPNego for Portal. The Portal Version is NW 7 SP 15. I have SUN SUN JDK 1.4.2_15 and set the isInitiator to false in com.sap.security.jgss.accept. Will this change work or do I need to upgrade it to JDK 1.4.2_18 as suggested by SAP.

isInitiator can be used as a workaround.

For a fix, I'd recommend using java 1.4.2_18, as the nullpointerexception is fixed in that release. Either one of the two solutions should work though.

Your OS are?, for Windows it's fatal version (I mean 1.4.2_18 ) ?

Note 716604 - Access to Sun J2SE and recommended J2SE options

You need to downgrade to 1.4.2_13 suggested by SAP.
