I'm adding Lumira Server 2.1 SP1 to a new node in our landscape.
I've got everything running and working, and generated a report in BIPST. This alert is triggering.
"Due to the amount of memory required by the Lumira in-memory data engine, the product recommendation is to run the Lumira APS on a dedicated server. If any enabled BI server (other than the WACS or AJS) is found on the same host as the Lumira APS this alert will trigger. Please refer to the Lumira Sizing Guide or SAP Note 2541042"
I only have 3 servers
I'm wondering if the alert is triggering because of #2 above?
The reason I'm running this service on this node is because the admin guide says we need to:
Hi Brian,
Thanks for reporting the concern! Josh is working with the Lumira dev team on guidance but this looks to be a new requirement introduced with 2.1. We will look at correcting this alert for the next patch. In the meantime, it appears as your configuration is just fine.
Cheers
Toby
