How to display report free item PO using ME2N?

Hi expert,

I try to use ME2N to display PO with free item.

But while using Dynamic Selection --> Purchase Document Item, I didn't find Free Item field to select.

Is it possible to display PO with free item selected using SAP standard report (like ME2N) ?

hi,

ME81N is the std report for the Analysis of ppurchase order values.....let the net value be zero and execute....

Hi

In transaction ME2N with the help of dynamic selection for purchase order item, select net order price=0 i.e( EKPO-NETPR=0).

try this it will helpfull.

Thanks for all of your prompt response.

I have just try me2n with net order value = 0,000.

I found it filtered all net order value = 0,000 as well, but not all of the items filtered are set as free item.

I am still curious if free item field not appears in me2n --> Dynamic Selection.

Hi

One more alternative to check free value purchase order report is create one new document type as ZFRE and mainatain all free purchase orders under this document type. Then it is very easy to take report by selecting document type.

just try to use tcode- me2n

with po value as zero.

free items are identified with net value as zero.
