Changing the Standard LOGO and introducing my Company Logo

We have implemented SAP ERP E-COMMERCE B2B solution, the out of the box functionality works fine as it should work.

We need to incorporate few changes to get the look and feel of our company. Can you please advise how should we go about making these changes.

1) We want to replace the SAP logo and the Text with our Company Logo and Text.

2) We want to introduce a new field in the front end screen, and based on the selection or the value entered we want to compute different pricing terms in the order.

Your help in this regard is much appreciated. Points awarded to resolve this issue.

    Hello Rama,

In theory, even the smallest change requires the need for the development infrastructure to be established for the E-Commerce application. So, essentially there are two things you need to focus on for now.

    1. [NetWeaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI)|] and creating the enhancement project. This will ultimately give you a way to make changes to the standard application, maintain the code changes and still be able to upgrade or install Service Packs and Patches.

    2. Once you have the ability to change, then, you can change the Logo, label, input, flow - the whole nine yards. For this you should be conversant with the [Modification and Enhancement techniques |]as laid out by SAP.

The links essentially give you a starting point for the enhancement project.

Well, coming to your specific change requirements.

    1. Logo change - there is a simple example in the [Modification guide - Tutorials|].

    2. If you break the second requirement into multiple tasks - (a) Add a custom input field (at item or header level) in the cart. (b) Use of the custom field into the pricing condition in CRM. While (2.a) is an E-Commerce enhancement task and requires Java and ABAP expertise especially in E-Commerce enhancement, the (2.b) requires CRM Pricing, middleware, custom pricing condition - configuration / download, and CRM pricing BAdI (ABAP) skills. If this is a custom condition, then, you have a requirement (2.c) that is to convert any pricing exits to Java in IPC.

Tasks (2.b) and (2.c) are worth separate threads - in CRM General discussion forum.

      Hello Easwar Ram,

      i´ve got the same problem.

In the modification guide is just an example for the b2c webshop and not for the b2b, which is quite different.

For any suggestions or help, i would be very thankful.

You need to update an css file and hide the related code in header.jsp

The css file location is mimes/shared/style/stylesheet_ie6.css.

If you are using NWDI this file is located in appbase project.

And u need to hide the div respect to application name in header.jsp

      Hello Sateesh,

      thanks for your help.

i am using NWDI, therefore the css file is not located in mimes/shared/style/stylesheet_ie6.css .

i now unterstand what you mean with appbase. Isn´t it possible to add the logo in the path of standard sap logo?
