(Absence of) Sort dialogue in Webi query panel (BI4.2 SP5)

In the query panel help there is a section 'To sort query results' which states:

1. In a Web Intelligence document in Design or Data mode, open the Data Provider for edit. The Query Panel appears.
2. Click Sort on the Result Objects toolbar to display the Sort dialog box.
3. etc...

However the dialog is not there.

Is this an error in the documentation left from previous versions? I believe it was there in 3.1

Interestingly, the dialogue is present in the IDT query panel
