Change Open Item Management to Non OI

Hi gurus,

I need to change a lot of GL account to Non O.I.

The problem is that i cant close the balances. I cant nullify the total balance into 0.

Is a way to do this without close the balance?

you can use tcode SE38 to run the program RFSEPA03, but recom you run it with help by sap consultant.

Hi

there are 2 options . -

1. Make the balance to zero by passing a JV and change the settings and reverse the original entry by which u made the account balance to zero.

2. Otherwise the same option given in the earlier answer to run the program by using the SE38.

However the logic is

whenever an account is open item managed line items are stored in a separate table- GL (BSIS), AP (BSIK) and AR (BSID) and when it cleared this will moved to xxAx respective tables.
