Hi Gurus.,
Sub: 1. Price as per the Quantity Basis in Order Level.
2. Pricing Conditions to be in Non - Modifiable mode in Order level as well as in Billing.
I have one requirement regarding, Price has to change depends on Order Quantity in Order Level.
I made Quoation, if the price is once approved from the respective levels, that should not (PRICE) be changed in Order Level and Billing level. For this I made settings in Copy Controls (VTAA) in AGN item Category the Priceing Type i Selected as "E" ( Adopt price Components and Fix Values), with this support in order level & Billing level the Pricing conditions are showing in Display or Non modifible mode.
Now, the issue is If i have given the Quantity of 10 items the price is 1000/- at Quotation level. When i am making the Order for this, suppose 2 of items the price is showing 1000/- only. As per the Quantity base it is not taking in Order Level.
I am looking the price should to take as per the quantity in Order level and that should be in non modifible in pricing conditions.
Is there any Possibillities in Standard SAP System, so that my requirement will full fills.
Two options:
1) Use condition records and maintain D in the field Manual entries in the condition type.
2) Use user exit to make the condition non editable in order and billing. For details regarding this check the wiki:

Instead of using E in copy controls use either G or C.

GSL.

How is the price being captured in Quotation level. Is it manual or based on Condition Record?
