Can any one help me how to hire a person

Hi Varun,

To hire a person goto PA40 and select the action called "Hiring", and then enter the details in the respective infotypes.

Correct me if am wrong....

Follow the below path...

Personnel management->Personnel Admin->

Customising Procedures->Actions

Here 1)Define InfoGroups

a)User Dependency on Menus and InfoGroups

2)Setup Personnel Actions

3)Create Reasons for personnel actions

4)Change Action Menu

a)User Group Dependency on Menus and Info Groups

b)Action menu

After Customising in all these nodes Execute Tcode PA40 in which ur own Hiring Action will be reflected,then select that Hiring action and Hire the Person.
