reg stock posting

Dear all,

At my client,s place end users are giving UD code and sometimes not doing stock posting,apart from background posting is there any user exit through which we can get a message to avoid this.

    Hi,

    I think you should try the Back ground Stock posting as per the UD code. The details are as below.

    In trx QS51, for the UD code there is a option available for "Posting Proposal for UD", where we define that according to the UD code where the stock should be posted. i.e. (Accept=Unrestricted use, Reject=Blocked stock etc). And just besides this, there is a check box by which you can activate/set this Posting Proposal in Background.

    By doing this system will post the stock according to UD automatically.

    Hi Venugopal,

    Mr. Shyamal has give you a very good suggestion of Automatic Stock Posting but if you do not want to do automatic Stock posting, Then you can use T-Code 'QVM2' Inspection Lot with Outstanding Quantities to check that which inspection Lots are lying in SAP with pending stock posting.
