All Links in ESS does not work...!!!!

Hi,

I have deployed ESS/MSS 1.0 buisness package on Ep 7.0.

if i am using FQDN in my browser i.e. http://hostname.companyname.com:portno/irj/portal than my any of the links on ESS does not open for e.g if i click on leave request or who's who the corresponding iView does not open.

but if i change URL in browser i.e if i use only http://hostname:portno/irj then all link work in portal.
