HI , We have created Rtn Order 460001/460002 and delivery No.20100000/20100001

stocks showing in unrestricted stock, actually it has to go to rejected stocks

Please see and provide proper solution for this.

Dear Kumar

Go to VA02, input the return order and execute. There go to schedule line tab and see what schedule line category you have maintained for returns.

Then go to VOV6, select that schedule line category and execute. There maintain movement type 655 and save.

Now try to do PGR and post the outcome.

To ensure that returned stock goes in blocked stock / rejected stock, maintain movement type as 653 or 655.

But if the stock is already showing in an unrestrcted stock and you would like to move it to blocked stock, it is possible through Transfer Posting through T.code: MB1B, using approriate movement type.

Hi

Check in the delivery, the movt. type will be 653 i.e. Goods return to unrestricted. In stead u can use 655 i.e. Return to QI or 657- Return to Block in the return delivery.

U have to assign this movt.type in VOV6, to the schedule line category used in the return order eg. DN.
