SolMan 7.2 - ChaRM Config question

Hello experts,

I ran solman_setup and copied standard ChaRM transaction types into Customer ones. I am unclear on the following since they appear to work different from what I remember of 7.1.

Can someone please summarize the steps I should complete to get this working:

1) Auto populate Requester and Sold-to-Party in Request for Change (assume only 1 Sold-to-Party for the org)
