Reset Visual Administrator

Hi, to all expert.

I am new to portal can anybody plz tell me how to reset the password of VISUAL ADMINISTRATOR. In my company for a long time nobody has used Visual Admin and so nobody knows the password.So.plz guide me how to reset the VA password & its Becoz I have to configure IGS for webdynpro UI programming. Especially like Bussiness Graphic, etc...Can anybody know how to configure IGS without Visual Admin and Config tool
