Financial Statement: Incorrect amounts in Hard Currency

Company Code has 'ARS' as 1st local currency (10) and 'USD' as 3rd (hard currency; 40) in OB22. Country 'AR' definition is also USD as hard currency.

If I post ARS or USD documents in FI, SAP translates using tax rates in OB08, so both currencies are correctly stored.

When I execute Financial Statement, if I choose currency = 40, accounts accumulated balances are incorrect. Let's think about an average rate tax thru the fiscal year, as 1 USD = 20 ARS. Well, I see things as if 1 USD were 3 ARS, or so.

Why can this happens? What is F.01 doing when I choose to see balances in currency 40? Is it there some postings stored with wrong conversions? May be carry forward balances from previous years?

The same is happening with a CoCo with CRC as 1st (10) and USD as 3rd (40), where 1 USD = 500-600 CRC and F.01 is like dividing by 4000 (like 4000 CRC = 1 USD)

Thank you very much.
