I have got a few questions that have been bugging me for awhile, and I just cant find answers to them.
How do I set the Browsers Page header for a page that displays my viewer
(Default is "Crystal Report Viewer").
I have managed to do this for when I output directly to pdf and not displaying in a viewer
by having this bit of code in my JSP
out.println("<html>"); out.println("<head>"); out.println("<title>Report Succesfully Exported</title>"); out.println("</head>"); out.println("<body>"); out.println("<h1>Report Exported</h1>"); out.println("<p>The report has been exported to "); out.println("the server succesfully.</p>"); out.println("<p>This Report has been exported to your home directory.<br/>"); out.println("Please browse to it there.</p>"); out.println("</body>"); out.println("</html>");
This works fine, but if I insert this into my JSP that displays the report in the CR Viewer it just gets ignored.
I tried using
crystalReportPageViewer.setName("Page Heading Here");
but that just changes the name of the report when I export it. (Got another question on that lower down)
So is there a way to change the HTML page header (or Tab label in IE6)?
When using the viewer.setName option, it removes any spaces or special characters ("_"), how can I stop
this. I want the output name to be readable.
BalSht_Yr2007_P10_Comapny.pdf is alot easier to read than...
When the report is displayed in the Viewer, how can I remove the mouse over function.
I dont want people to see the name of the fields when they place their mouse over the field.
Silly little errors but irritating non the less.
Thanks all and have a good weekend.
