ESS MSS error in installation for MSS Portal 7 ECC6.

Hello everyone:

We have installed the ESS and MSS in the following platform:

Sap Portal 7 sp15 u2013 Sap R3 ECC6 sp 15.

in R3 the component EA-FIN and EA-HR are Active

The BP used :

u2022 Business Package for Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP) 1.0

Support Packages and Patches->SAP Application Components->SAP ERP-> SAP ERP 6.0->Entry by Component-> SAP XSS (Self Services)

And The following files

u2022 SAP ESS 600

u2022 SAP MSS 600

u2022 SAP PCUI_GP 600

All these elements were installed, however, after the configuration of the JCO and assigning roles, to enter the ESS on the topic of Personal Data, an error of Employee Intereaction Center (EIC).

We do not know if this error is part of the configuration of portal or Basis R3.

¿¿We have to implement any configuration is R3 (Spro)??

if someone has a step by step to enable such functionality would be very useful
