Generate Follow-up Task from a Complaint from Interaction Center WebClient


I need to generate a follow up Task from a Complaint in Interaction Center WebClient CRM 2007, but I can't find the way to do this. I just can generate Activities but no tasks.

I try using the Generate Task button in the Task tab. But, it doesn't work. 😔

It appears a message "Action container is not filled".

Also, what is an action container??

    I wanted to give you some information regarding the error you are getting.

    The message class is CRM_ACTION, msg number 11.

    You can find information regarding the actions processing in the customizing documentation, path: crm->Basic Functions->Actions.

    Regarding the follow up logic you should check the copy control for your transaction type in the customizing...
